The key idea in SMART Meeting Pro is the Unbound Workspace. Instead of clearing the screen when the board fills up, the workspace expands as people add notes, images, files, links and annotations.
Users can pan in any direction, zoom in and out, use a map-style radar view to navigate, and bookmark important content so the team can jump back to key discussion points.
