We offer installation for the majority of our product range — interactive displays, video conferencing systems, digital signage, networking equipment, video walls and more. Some smaller items (monitors, desktop peripherals) are typically supply-only, but if you need installation support for anything, just ask.

We use a combination of our own directly employed engineers and a trusted network of vetted subcontractors, depending on the size and location of the project. For projects in areas where our own engineers are not immediately available, or for large-scale simultaneous deployments across multiple sites, we work with experienced subcontractors who are fully briefed on our standards and methods.

It depends on the scope of the project. A single interactive display installation typically takes 2–4 hours. A full meeting room setup (display, camera, audio, cable management) is usually a full day. A multi-room or campus-wide project will be scheduled over multiple days. Yes, always. We do not leave a site until the relevant staff have been shown how to use the system confidently. For more complex systems or larger teams, we can arrange follow-up training sessions. Training is included as standard — it is part of what we mean by an end-to-end service.

All products come with the manufacturer warranty as standard — typically 1 to 5 years depending on the product and brand. We handle warranty claims on your behalf, so you do not have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Extended warranties and service contracts are also available — ask us when you enquire.
