Shipping Policy

Delivery area
We deliver to addresses across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside of Ireland.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the product and stock location:
- In-stock items: Typically delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Items sourced from UK or European distributors: Typically 3-7 working days, depending on the supplier.
- Large or bulky items (displays, racks, video walls): Delivery is co-ordinated separately and may take longer. We will confirm an estimated delivery date when your order is processed.
- Project and installation orders: Delivery is co-ordinated with your scheduled installation date. Our team will confirm arrangements in advance.
All delivery timeframes are estimates. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and lead time.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Charges vary depending on the carrier and service required. For large or heavy items, a specific delivery charge will be quoted. No free shipping is offered.
For project and installation orders, delivery is typically included in the project quotation.
Business deliveries
For deliveries to a business address, please note:
- Deliveries will be made to the reception, goods-in or post room area and will be signed for by a member of staff.
- Creative Systems cannot be held responsible for goods signed for by a third party at the delivery address.
- If you require delivery to a specific person or department, please include a contact name and number with your order.
Missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier will leave a card or notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier or Creative Systems to arrange a second delivery attempt.
- If no contact is made within 7 days, the package may be returned to the sender. A re-delivery charge will apply for a second dispatch.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details when your order is dispatched. Not all carriers provide tracking as standard. If tracked delivery is essential, please contact us before ordering and we will arrange an appropriate service. Additional charges may apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@creativesystems.ie or on +353 1 254 2885. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required for a claim.
