Our SMART Board installation process

Site survey
Room list, screen-size advice, wall-type checks, mounting approach and removal of existing projectors or whiteboards where needed.

Supply
SMART Board, wall mount, cabling, accessories and OPS modules where required — delivered together as one project.

Professional install
Safe wall mounting, cable routing, power and data connection, source testing and a tidy classroom-ready finish.

Handover & support
Teacher and presenter orientation, basic training pointers, SMART Notebook and SMART Ink setup, and after-sales support.
Wall mounting and classroom readiness
SMART Boards are heavy, glass-fronted displays. They need the right bracket for the wall type — concrete block, dry-lined stud, or older plaster — and they need to sit at the right working height for teachers, presenters and students.
Creative Systems specifies the bracket, mounting height and cable route on site, so the room is genuinely ready for teaching or meetings, not just a screen on a wall.
Power, data and source connection
We plan the power point, network drop, HDMI / USB-C source, room PC or OPS module, and any teacher-laptop connection workflow before the day of install. Cable runs are kept tidy and out of sight where possible.
SMART Notebook, SMART Ink, screen sharing and device setup are configured at handover so teachers and presenters can use the room straight away.
