A large boardroom required a comprehensive AV overhaul to support high-level hybrid meetings where every participant — whether in the room or remote — needed to be clearly seen and heard. The space accommodated up to 14 people.

Our solution

A commercial display was combined with a Yealink UVC86 dual-lens AI tracking camera, speaker bar, CPT18 touch console and a ceiling microphone array. The ceiling mic provides 360° coverage of the full room, ensuring every voice is picked up regardless of seating position.
