How it works
- Consultation and quoteTell us about your event — date, location, number of displays, content type and whether you need on-site engineer cover. We will quote within one working day.
- Delivery and installationOur engineers deliver and install all equipment on-site, including mounting, cabling and signal distribution. We test every screen before we hand it over.
- Setup and user trainingWe configure your displays, load your content and walk your team through how to operate everything — touch controls, input switching, volume, content playback and more.
- On-site engineer support (optional)Our engineers remain on-site for the duration of your event to manage the displays, assist users and resolve any issues immediately. Available for full-day or half-day cover.
- CollectionWhen your event is over, we return to de-rig and collect all equipment. No hassle, no logistics for you to manage.
