The Humly Booking Device is a compact, flexible booking pod for desks, rooms, and huddle spaces. Supplied as a pack of 5 units (HUM10205). Works standalone or integrated with the Humly cloud platform — ideal for hot-desking and hybrid office setups across Ireland.

The Humly Room Display Licence is required to connect a Humly Room Display to the Humly Cloud or on-premises server. Choose from 1 to 5-year terms — longer terms offer better value. Includes software updates, cloud access, and premium support.

The Humly Booking Device Licence connects a single Humly Booking Device to the Humly Cloud or on-premises server. Required per device. Includes a Humly Resource Licence for the associated resource. Choose 1–5 year terms.

The Humly Floor Plan Licence displays an interactive 3D floor plan of your office, showing live room and desk availability. Staff can manage bookings ad-hoc by tapping directly on the floor plan. One licence per floor plan view. Choose 1–5 year terms.

The Humly Visitor Licence manages visitor check-in and access tracking. Visitors check in, accept terms and conditions, and receive a printed badge. Optional SMS notifications alert the host when their visitor arrives. One licence per reception endpoint. Choose 1–5 year terms.
